Ericki One of the most anticipated projects of the DCU is the movie Superman: Legacy, which will be written and directed by James Gunn. In an interview with Variety, the director talked about what the new Superman actor should be like.
Here’s what he said: “It’s challenging, but we’re looking, and actually we have some great options, which excites me. It has to be someone who has all the humanity that Superman has, but is also an alien. It has to be someone who has the goodness and compassion that Superman has. And it has to be someone you’d want to give a hug to. You know, all the Supermans have been good, so we just have to add something to that story.”
Superman: Legacy premieres on July 10, 2025.
